RATES PER NIGHT
The price is per room, per night, and is all-inclusive: it includes breakfast, use of the outdoor area, tourist tax, and all listed services.

Standard rate: from €130 to €160 per night (per room)

Special periods (Christmas/New Year, Easter, mid-August):
from €160 to €200 per night (per room)
The final price is agreed with the owner based on the period, length of stay (more nights = possible discount), and availability.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is due upon arrival and can be made:

If the total stay exceeds €650, a 50% deposit by bank transfer is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation and No-Show
In case of cancellation or non-use of the stay, if a deposit has been paid, the amount paid is non-refundable.
